This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results driven individual to join a reputable fashion brand with a fast-growing presence across the Middle East and oversee all operations functions in order to support the business. You will assist the Regional Retail manager in managing the Inventory, Logistics, Merchandising, P&L, IT, Maintenance and Procurement. You will be responsible for the direct management of all operation functions within the boutiques and will ensure their efficiency. You will also assist to maintain and develop the SOPs for the business and will make sure that all the procedures and policies are thoroughly followed by the teams. In addition, you will look after all the matters related to vendors and will support the audit process.
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail operations. You need to have excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in using MS Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). The role requires a strategic thinking individual with strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills with a passion for retail and extensive knowledge of the luxury retail market and clientele in the region.
