Civil Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out Furniture Projects

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Civil Project Manager to oversee the planning execution and delivery of interior fit-out and furniture-related civil projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in civil and finishing works excellent leadership abilities and proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of civil and finishing activities including gypsum partitions false ceilings plastering screeding tiling marble waterproofing and other related works.
  

• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings specifications method statements and quality standards.
  

• Supervise project execution and coordinate with site engineers supervisors MEP and joinery teams to maintain proper sequencing and interface alignment.
  

• Develop and monitor project schedules budgets and manpower plans ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  

• Oversee procurement and material planning to ensure site requirements are met without delays.
  

• Conduct regular project review meetings to track progress identify risks and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  

• Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards on all project sites.
  

• Liaise with clients consultants and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.
  

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to management.
  

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing interior fit-out or furniture-related civil projects (preferably within the UAE)
  

• Proven track record in delivering high-end interior projects on time and within budget.
  

• Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills.
  

• Valid UAE driving license required.
  

• Must be flexible to work across various project sites within the UAE.
