Job Description

The Civil Inspector will monitor and inspect civil construction activities associated with marine or offshore-related interfaces ensuring that works are completed in accordance with approved technical and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect marine or offshore-related civil works on site
• Verify compliance with project specifications drawings and approved construction procedures
• Witness inspections and testing as required
• Report quality observations deviations and non-conforming works
• Coordinate with civil engineers contractors and relevant site teams
• Maintain proper inspection records and reports
• Ensure activities are carried out in line with project HSE requirements

Qualifications :

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of relevant inspection experience
• Experience in thermal power plant marine coastal or offshore civil works
• Good understanding of field inspection QA/QC and HSE requirements

Preferred Profile

• GCC project exposure
• Prior experience in marine intake outfall or offshore interface works is an advantage
