- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ministries and governments to effectively manage relationships and potentially open future commercial opportunities
- Ability to develop and interpret company strategy with the CEO, including creating clear implementation plans to identify required steps to achieve them
- Building on existing synergies amongst teams, develop a consistent framework for improved processes and procedures
- Produce detailed operational, staffing and financial plans to achieve project deliverables on time and in budget, based on extensive benchmarking research to justify recommendations
- Responsible for compliance and alignment with regional business regulations
