Our client is a rapidly growing organization seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee enterprise operations and ensure the successful execution of its strategic objectives. The company is looking for an operational leader capable of driving performance scalability and organizational excellence.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer the COO will oversee operational strategy business performance organizational effectiveness and cross-functional execution while ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise operational strategy.
- Oversee business operations across multiple divisions.
- Drive operational excellence and organizational performance.
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor enterprise KPIs and financial performance.
- Support strategic planning and corporate growth.
- Ensure effective resource allocation across the business.
- Lead executive operational governance.
- Build and develop senior leadership teams.
- Improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Present operational performance to executive leadership and the Board.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related discipline.
- MBA is highly desirable.
- 18 years of executive leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading large multi-functional organizations.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen.
- Excellent executive leadership and communication skills.
- Experience within GCC markets is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
