Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of an established investment holding company with presence across real estate F&B retail healthcare automotive etc. Our client is looking to hire the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in investments and multiindustry expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a company with a diverse portfolio overseeing all business functions and driving sustainable growth alongside a team of senior executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company s strategic vision ensuring longterm growth and profitability across various industries.
Oversee investment decisions capital allocation and portfolio management to optimize returns and expand market presence.
Lead and mentor a highperforming senior leadership team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and operational excellence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities acquisitions and partnerships to drive expansion.
Ensure strong corporate governance risk management and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including investors partners financial and regulatory bodies.
Represent the organization at industry forums and highlevel meetings to enhance its reputation and influence.
