- Lead the design and development of the Full System Simulation infrastructure and software components, implementing coding, testing, and documentation best practices to ensure robustness and maintainability.
- Utilize expertise in Python, C++, Matlab, and Synthetic Environment to guide the team in developing accurate models for targets, threats, and electronic warfare scenarios.
- Integrate 6DOF, Seeker, Target, Threat, EW, and synthetic models into the Full System Simulation environment, ensuring seamless functionality and accuracy.
- Oversee the validation process, ensuring that Full System Simulation models align with actual flight test data and meet established performance criteria.
- Conduct Monte-Carlo simulations to validate missile system designs and assess performance under varying conditions.
- Lead efforts to qualify weapon systems using Full System Simulations, providing critical input to ensure the readiness and effectiveness of the missile systems.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to the Simulations team, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Offer expert advice to senior management on Full System Simulation development strategies, technological advancements, and potential areas for improvement.
- Develop target, threat, and electronic warfare models, leveraging advanced simulation techniques for accurate representation.
- Validate models with flight test data, ensuring a high degree of fidelity in the simulation results.
- Qualify weapon systems through rigorous simulations, ensuring compliance with performance and operational standards.
