 To execute day to day testing in the department as per plan and ensure optimum utilization of resources

 To supervise production process must meets the standards as per system requirements.

 Also, to develop and implement quality control tests, inspecting products at various stages and writing reports & documenting them

Testing: (All testing must be done as per ASTM/IS methods)

 Testing for all incoming raw materials like Base oil, Additive, etc.…

 Testing for all incoming packaging material like carton, container, bucket, barrel, sticker, etc.…

 Internal calibration & maintenance for laboratory equipment on monthly/bimonthly with proper documentation.

 Maintain Inventory for laboratory glassware, chemicals, equipment spare parts, etc.…

 Latest ASTM Methods for Oil & Grease should be available in laboratory.

 Provide Training to co-worker.  External/Customer audit must be dealt with proper documents.
