Job Description

- Follow all the safety policies and guidelines during lab work and site visits
- Engage with customers, sales engineers, industry technical consultants and marketing functions to translate industry challenges into research initiatives and platforms
- Identify a potential fit for these problems from the available technologies by the Global RDE team
- Collaborate with other researchers and field technical consultants to deploy identified innovations in field applications
- Lead projects from initial prospecting through final validation and commercialization in collaboration with multiple functions
- Develop innovative application in the lab using existing chemistries or chemistries recommended by experts
