We are currently looking for an experienced Chef to join our offshore crew boat operations.
Location: Offshore
Nationality Preferred: Open to all qualified candidates
Requirements
Requirements:
* Proven experience working as a chef onboard vessels (crew boats or offshore vessels preferred)
* Ability to prepare a variety of cuisines with a focus on hygiene and nutrition
* Valid STCW certificates
* Seafarer s Medical Certificate
* Passport and CDC (Continuous Discharge Certificate)
* Ready to join immediately or on short notice

Key Skills Required: Multi-cuisine Cooking Skills (Indian, Continental, Asian, etc.) Food Safety & Hygiene Compliance (HACCP knowledge preferred) Meal Planning & Portion Control for crew Inventory Management of kitchen supplies Knife Handling & Cooking Techniques Cooking in Limited/Compact Kitchen Spaces Time Management under tight meal schedules Basic Communication Skills in English Team Coordination with crew and supply staff Menu Planning with consideration to crew preferences and dietary needs Understanding of Offshore Safety Protocols Ability to Work in Physically Demanding Conditions
