Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Chef De Partie for Pasty Section to join at a 4 Star Hotel in Dubai United Arab Emirates

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a hotel.
Expertise in creating a wide variety of pastries desserts beads and confectionery items
Expertise in preparing International desserts and Arabic desserts
Excellent Plating and presentation skills
Strong supervisory and communication skills
Awareness of all menu items their recipes methods of production and presentation standards
Candidates must be available in UAE

Salary Details:
Total Salary: AED 4000-4500 (Including housing allowances & transportation allowances)
Monthly service charge
Meals on duty
Medical insurance
Leave ticket
