Chef De Partie

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie (Multi-Cuisine) to join a prestigious VVIP private household in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills a refined palate and experience delivering high-quality cuisine in a private or luxury environment.

This role requires professionalism flexibility and a strong understanding of international cuisines with an emphasis on quality presentation and discretion.

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines (e.g. European Asian Middle Eastern and international).

• Assist the Head Chef / Private Chef in daily kitchen operations.

• Ensure meals meet the preferences dietary requirements and expectations of the VVIP family and guests.

• Maintain consistent food quality taste and presentation standards.

• Follow proper food handling hygiene and safety procedures at all times.

• Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service during meal times.

• Monitor food storage stock rotation and ingredient freshness.

• Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow.

• Adapt menus and dishes based on seasonal ingredients and special requests.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in a private household environment.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in luxury hotels fine dining restaurants yachts or private households.

• Strong experience in multi-cuisine cooking.

• Solid knowledge of food safety hygiene and kitchen best practices.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

• Flexible schedule and willingness to work according to family needs.

• Well-groomed disciplined and professional at all times.

• Previous experience working in VVIP or private household environments is highly preferred.
