AAL JAAFAR Trading is seeking a Channel Sales Executive with experience in Personal Care Cosmetics and FMCG for UAE's B and C class markets. The ideal candidate should have their own visa and car. Join us and enjoy an attractive salary plus commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.

- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.

- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance brand loyalty.

Requirements & Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in sales within the Personal Care Cosmetics or FMCG industry.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in MS Office applications.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
