- Take ownership of your own portfolio of communications projects and operational channels.
- Schedule, write, review and publish recurring operational communications sharing everyday changes and updates.
- Create clear, concise and engaging communications that effectively communicate to employees' key updates and changes in CSN and how these affect them.
- Manage the production process (from writing through to proofing, design and distribution) for important resources for our branch network.
- Develop and maintain key CSN digital assets, including the intranet, internal podcast, Yammer and email newsletters.
- Provide support for the strategic communications team and bring project management and change management thinking to anticipate and manage the people impact of proposed changes.
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively with other project, change and communications teams to identify new and more effective ways for managing, creating and delivering critical messages.
