Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to be the face of our Miracle Garden food stall. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage transactions accurately in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a welcoming attitude.
- Take customer orders quickly and accurately.
- Handle cash card and digital payments with responsibility.
- Manage order flow between customers and the kitchen team.
- Assist with packing and handing over food orders.
- Keep the counter and serving area clean and organized.
- Upsell items and promote special offers when appropriate.
Requirements
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a crowded fast-paced setting.
- Basic math and computer/POS skills.
- Honest dependable and customer-focused.
- Flexible to work evenings weekends and holidays.
