Job Summary
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Foreman to supervise and manage carpentry works at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in formwork shuttering and finishing carpentry works for high-rise buildings residential developments and villa projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily carpentry and formwork activities at site.
Manage carpenters and allocate tasks according to project requirements.
Read and interpret construction drawings and formwork details.
Ensure shuttering formwork and carpentry works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality alignment leveling and finishing of carpentry works.
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for work progress.
Plan manpower tools and materials required for carpentry activities.
Conduct inspections and ensure work meets project quality standards.
Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at site.
Maintain daily work progress updates and report site requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman in construction projects.
Strong experience in shuttering formwork and civil construction works.
Experience in high-rise buildings residential and villa projects preferred.
Ability to supervise and manage carpentry teams.
Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
UAE construction experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management. Strong experience with high-rise buildings residential and villa projects. Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of construction processes project controls and UAE regulations. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver projects successfully. Interested candidates can share their updated CVs.
