Business Process Document Specialist - UAE National

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Document Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating maintaining and improving business process documentation to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Documentation Development: Create edit and update comprehensive business process documents including policies procedures and workflow diagrams.

• Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and compliance.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather information understand processes and ensure accurate documentation.

• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all documentation adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on new and updated processes and documentation.

• Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in business processes and regulatory requirements.

• UAE National: This position is open only to UAE Nationals.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Management or a related field.

• Previous experience in business process documentation or a similar role.

• Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
