Business Director

• Engage with the public sector for sales of public safety and security solutions
• Develop business plan for each country in Middle East region, not limited to customer and partner engagement plans
• Drive initiatives to increase prospects and sales pipeline
• Build and manage key customer and partner relationships and communications
• Prepare capture strategies according to customer budgets and procurement methods
• Evaluate competitor plans, government initiatives and market trends
• Organise monthly meeting to track and forecast sales achievements and marketing activities
• Manage all development process and ensure compliance to government policies, regulations, and corporate governance
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Proven international sales track records in public safety domain in Middle East markets
• Excellent communication, decision-making and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of international business landscape and regulations of Middle East markets
• Good knowledge of relevant marketing and finance skills
• Fluency in English; Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience
