Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the professional services /consulting sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities in the Middle East region.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing structures with clients to ensure profitability and mutual benefit.
