Must be able to work on his own by sourcing clients and managing the relationship with them while ensuring that their requirements are met by the back-end support team.
• Must be able to generate leads on his own and attend client meetings.
• He must also have knowledge of the recruitment process from start to finish and must be able to search for talent
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities in the Middle East
• Preparing business plans, collecting data and timelines to determine the target market.
• Prepare and maintain a master report of all activities, including daily activities, leads, follow-up, closing, future prospects and achievement of goals.
• Cold calling, customer visiting, business communication, lead generation using business relations and business intelligence tools.
• Daily reporting to the General Manager on completed tasks
