Business Development Executive Telesales - Dollar Car Rental

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Introduce company products/services to potential customers. Listen to customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements. Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.

• Graduate in any field; at least 23 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong selling negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and establish relationships.
• Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Computer proficient and familiarity with CRM software.
• Willingness to work in flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
