Raven Consultancy a sister company of Gotalk General Trading LLC is a growing HR solutions and recruitment services provider in the UAE. We specialize in delivering recruitment staffing and workforce solutions to businesses across various industries.
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and support our business expansion by developing new client relationships and generating business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for HR solutions recruitment and manpower services.
Generate leads through networking market research cold calling and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers business owners and key decision-makers.
Understand client staffing requirements and provide suitable HR solutions.
Prepare business proposals quotations and negotiate service agreements.
Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
Maintain sales pipeline and update client records regularly.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and industry networking events.

Minimum 0-1 years of UAE experience in business development/sales preferably in HR consultancy recruitment staffing or manpower outsourcing industry.
Strong knowledge of the UAE business market and B2B sales process.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated target-oriented and capable of working independently.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
