Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our team specializing in selling CV writing services. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating leads building relationships with potential clients and closing sales to drive revenue growth for our CV writing services.
Responsibilities:
Generate Leads:Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling networking events social media and referrals. ( You will be provided with complete CRM and Leads)
Build Client Relationships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs providing tailored solutions and offering excellent customer service.
Consultative Selling:Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients career goals challenges and requirements for their CV writing needs. Offer personalized recommendations and guidance to address their specific needs effectively.
Sales Presentations:Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our CV writing services. Clearly articulate value propositions and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
Close Sales:Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and client needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Collaboration:Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials campaigns and promotions to support sales efforts.
CRM Management:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience preferably in selling services or solutions within the recruitment career coaching or HR industry.
Understanding of CV Writing: Familiarity with the CV writing process recruitment industry and job market trends. Previous experience in HR or career counseling is a plus.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions build rapport and influence decisionmaking.
GoalOriented:Selfmotivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and work autonomously.
CustomerCentric:Genuine interest in helping clients succeed in their careers. Ability to empathize with clients needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
TechSavvy: Proficiency in using CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other sales productivity tools.
Bachelors Degree: A bachelors degree in business marketing communication or a related field is preferred but not required.
