Job Description
Education and Training: Typically a bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy or a related field. Higher degrees such as master's or doctorate can be beneficial.
Practical experience: Previous experience in the field of agriculture and management of agricultural units is considered essential. This experience can include working on plant farms, animal farms, or other related fields.
Specialized Knowledge: A deep understanding of agricultural operations including different farming methods, soil management, and the use of agricultural fertilizers and pesticides.
Management Skills: Ability to manage the agricultural team, direct daily operations, plan production, care and maintenance.
