Develop and implement a business continuity management system:
Lead the design, development and implementation of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define critical business processes and dependencies.
Risk assessment and business impact analysis:
Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyzes to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register to prioritize mitigation efforts.
Business continuity planning:
Design and document business continuity plans, strategies and procedures to ensure the organization is able to recover quickly and efficiently in the event of an interruption.
Coordinate and conduct regular exercises and exercises to test the effectiveness of business continuity plans.
