Job Description: Business Analyst Cash Management Platform
Role Overview
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering analyzing and documenting
business requirements for Cash Management Platform (CMP) initiatives. The role involves
working closely with corporate banking stakeholders operations IT teams and Vendor to
design and deliver solutions across payments collections liquidity and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Analysis
Engage with corporate banking (WBG) operations and product teams to gather
requirements
Analyze current-state cash management processes
Define future-state solutions
Prepare BRD FSD and user stories
Cash Management Domain
Corporate Digital Channels
Account Services
Payments (Domestic (FTS NPSS IPP) Cross-border (Swift/Remittance) WPS Card &
Utility)
Collections & Receivables (Direct Debit Remote Check Scanning PDC Management)
Virtual Account & Liquidity Management
Remote Cheque Printing
H2H SWIFT FileAct APIs
Stakeholder Management
Act as bridge between business and IT
Conduct workshops and discovery sessions
Coordinate with vendors
Testing & UAT
Define test cases and scenarios
Support SIT and UAT
Track defects and closures
Implementation Support
Support implementation lifecycle
Assist in training and go-live
Provide post-go-live support
Skills & Competencies
Cash management and payments knowledge
Process mapping and documentation
Stakeholder communication
Knowledge of API Integration (REST/SOAP) File Formats (XML ISO CSV) Data
Mapping & Interface specification
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in relevant field
810 years banking experience
Minimum 5 years of Cash Management Platform experience ( Oracle
Infosys AurionPro)
