- To understand the product/services being migrated from ENBD Online Banking/Mobile Banking to EI, especially related to EI Wealth Management.
- Act as a Business SPOC for EI WM and gather requirements from WM (Product, Advisory, Ops etc) involving products/services necessary for enhancements and providing better sales and customer experience
- Convey these requirements to IT/OBMB team to make sure the transition of these products/services to EI, which already form a part of ENBD OBMB. Also, prioritizing the transition of these product/services into phases as per Business requirements
- Add existing rules/logics/validations that are applicable to the functionality that backend team is working on as part of the user story.
- Aligning with design and other teams to provide inputs for any changes to be made in the look and feel of these product/services as per EI WM requirements
- Assisting in testing of these items, post transition, to make sure their proper functioning or propose changes as per the requirements of Business.
- Lead and assist in providing and validating labels, texts and images that are not yet covered by the CMS system, and validate the content that is coming from CMS like:
- Notifications and customer communications related messages
- Product names& features supported
- Charges, T&C. etc.
- Understand and help write rules for analytics and personalization
- Coordinate with EI marketing/portfolio teams for Images, Card artworks, Promotional Rules, etc.
- Help the product owner to identify the existing business rules/logic/products configurations for the existing functionalities that are configured in the channels, for example, CC DC BINs/statuses, options, etc.
- Validate other WM products
- Validate compliance rules like: in new account opening, transfer screenings, etc.
- Validate the acceptance criteria and the test cases prepared by the squad’s testers and making sure nothing is missed from existing logics.
