Job Summary
About the Role
- Join a multi-product SaaS company within the Data & AI/ML Engineering team.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Gather refine and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Track project delivery manage stakeholder expectations and support planning activities.
- Work on innovative AI/ML solutions including personalisation recommendation systems fraud detection and GenAI.

- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner preferably in data-driven or backend-focused environments.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering backlog management and Agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of APIs data pipelines and ML concepts.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and analytical skills.
- Nice to have: SQL SaaS experience or exposure to AI/ML fraud detection recommendation systems or personalisation platforms.

Required Skills:
Qualifications Education Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related discipline. Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) Information Technology or a related field is preferred. Professional Certifications (Preferred) PMP (Project Management Professional) ITIL Foundation or Advanced Certifications TOGAF Digital Transformation or Enterprise Architecture Certifications Experience Minimum 1215 years of experience in Information Technology Enterprise Applications Digital Solutions or Digital Transformation. Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Mandatory experience within Banking Financial Services Investment Management Sovereign Wealth Funds Asset Management or related financial institutions. Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise application initiatives. Experience managing ERP systems enterprise platforms cloud migration programs and system integration projects. Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and business-technology alignment. Technical Skills & Expertise Strong knowledge of Enterprise Applications ERP platforms and Digital Business Solutions. Experience with cloud technologies system integration APIs and digital platforms. Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Automation RPA Data Analytics and emerging technologies. Knowledge of cybersecurity governance risk management and compliance frameworks. Experience managing technology vendors and outsourced service providers.
