Overview:
Join a dynamic Fintech company dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions. Seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst for a 6-12 month contract.
On site Belgium 1 day a week.
- Gather and validate business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analyze complex data to drive decision-making and offer insights.
- Map current and future business processes for efficiency gains.
- Aid in developing business cases and ensure proposed solutions align with goals.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate progress effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives like Six Sigma or Lean.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
