Business Analyst

Overview:

Join a dynamic Fintech company dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions. Seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst for a 6-12 month contract.

On site Belgium 1 day a week.

• Gather and validate business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analyze complex data to drive decision-making and offer insights.
• Map current and future business processes for efficiency gains.
• Aid in developing business cases and ensure proposed solutions align with goals.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate progress effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives like Six Sigma or Lean.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
