Building Maintenance

Description:

• Ensure the smooth function of day-to-day operations for the facility
• Utilize hand tools to maintain equipment in the facility
• Complete basic electrical/plumbing maintenance
• Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the facility
• Maintain the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the facility
• Responsible for the removal of trash, wood, scrap, dunnage, and any other unwanted material from both the interior and exterior of the facility
• Follow the proper process to clean the coffee machines within the facility on schedule
• Empty trash inside and outside of facility
• Work with Production leadership to identify potential improvements and implement them
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must track all outsourced maintenances
• Clean the toilets and sinks in all the 6 restrooms (floor and office)
• Hang any items that would require anchoring and drilling
• Report on issues, malfunction, or defective parts
• Operate the floor machine keep floor clean on a regular basis
• Keep outside of building neat and organized
• Change light bulbs as needed, minor electrical work when needed, minor plumbing work as needed

• Hand tool experience (hammer, drill, wrench, etc.)
• Ability to fix minor repairs within the facility (leaky sink, lightbulbs, etc.)
• Ability to do basic electrical/plumbing work
• Proven attendance record with past employers
