Manage all Wakanow BSP: Have an overview of all IATA BSP across all countries/market
Sync all airline deals both front end and back end to ensure maximum utilization on incentives to increase NR
Identify airlines that can offer group incentives based on business statistics and market growth matric
Report on major BSP activities: refunds (opportunities), ADM (exposure, causes, and action plan), ACM (incentives)
Market/ group visibility report (access BSP SWOT analysis country by country), quarterly reports.
Monthly group BSP reports
Monitor BSP sales data, revenue reports, and reconciliation activities.
Analyze sales trends, identify revenue leakage, and implement corrective measures.
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely settlement of funds.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with partner airlines and BSP service providers.
Resolve disputes, discrepancies, and issues related to BSP transactions.
Give inputs based on business reports to negotiate agreements with partner airlines
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Aviation Management, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience in airline revenue management, BSP operations, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of BSP processes, IATA resolutions, and airline industry regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in using BSP-related software and data analysis tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
