Seven Wellness Club is expanding and we are looking for a dynamic and driven Branch Manager to lead one of our premier locations. If you re passionate about wellness leadership and delivering exceptional client experiences this is your opportunity to join a fastgrowing premium wellness brand.
- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- Lead motivate and manage crossfunctional teams across departments (Front Desk Spa Valet F&B Housekeeping).
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies SOPs and quality standards.
- Collaborate with HQ teams on sales targets marketing activities and staff training.
- Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs for the branch.
- Address client concerns with professionalism and swift resolution.
- Ensure the branch upholds the Seven Wellness Club brand image in every detail.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- A clientfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced highstandard environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
