Bowling Attendant

Dream Communication System LLC, located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a dedicated Bowling Attendant to join our team. As a Bowling Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers at the bowling alley.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bowling lanes and equipment

- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding bowling rules and techniques

- Monitor and control the flow of games to ensure efficient operations

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Uphold safety protocols and regulations to create a secure environment

Requirements & Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Basic knowledge of bowling techniques and equipment is a plus

- Excellent customer service orientation

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays

- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role

- Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous

Candidate Preferences:

- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages is desirable
