Bartender is a support role which ensures smooth running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service ensuring standards are maintained and guest comfort is guaranteed at all times. A high degree of product knowledge is necessary in order to confidently recommend and upsell the various products on offer.
Your daytoday work:
- Welcome interact and communicate with guests & colleagues in a courteous friendly and clear manner
- Take prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and up selling all products focuses on maximizing sales in order to drive sales and meet outlet targets
- Clear and clean the bar in a professional manner
- Maintain stock accurately handle pointof sale transactions maintain cleanliness of outlet at all times
- Ensure that company Health and Safety policies are followed and adhered to train all new team members
What are we looking for
Education and Experience:
- Ideally your background will be from the hotel/F&B industry and worked as a Bartender for a minimum of 1 year in a 3star or above category hotel.
- Fluent English is a must and other languages would be an advantage.
