About the Role
As a Bartender - All Day Dining you will support the daily operations of the bar and beverage service ensuring exceptional quality in the preparation and presentation of beverages. With a passion for hospitality and guest engagement you will help create memorable dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service cleanliness safety and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages in line with guest requirements and brand standards ensuring quality and consistency.
Maintain the cleanliness stock levels supplies and equipment to support smooth daily operations.
Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs responding promptly and providing beverage recommendations.
Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and beverage handling standards including proper storage and inventory management.
Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere and achieve operational and guest satisfaction goals.
About You
Minimum 12 years of bartending experience in a hotel restaurant or hospitality environment.
Diploma in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification.
Good knowledge of beverages spirits cocktails wines.
Outgoing customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong English communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
