Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

• Identify potential clients and establish relationships to promote banking products.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize sales strategies.

• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries regarding banking services.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

• Knowledge of banking products and services.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in English with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Preferred Nationalities: Any Nationality but Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Kabayan, Egyptian are more preferred

• Fluency in English is required.
