- Operational Management - ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the bakery, including inventory management, product quality control, and production efficiency.
- Staff Management - recruits, hire, train, and supervise bakery staff, including bakers, pastry chefs, sales associates, and administrative personnel
- P/L Management - responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Marketing & Sales - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bakery's products and services.
- Strategic Planning - Develop long-term planning and goal-setting for the bakery.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the Bakery industry or a similar leadership role
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree is a must, MBA will be an advantage
