An affiliate marketing advertiser is seeking an experienced Financial Auditor to ensure the integrity of our financial transactions and optimize our financial processes. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in conducting surprise audits identifying potential financial leaks and enhancing our overall financial efficiency. This position is vital to maintaining the financial health of the organization and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Surprise Financial Audit:

Conduct surprise audits of financial transactions with a focus on payouts to publishers.
Identify and rectify any discrepancies irregularities or potential financial leaks related to affiliate marketing transactions.
Payouts to Publishers:

Scrutinize and optimize the process of payouts to publishers.
Ensure accuracy transparency and timeliness in financial transactions with affiliate partners.
Profit and Loss (P&L) Sheet Optimization:

Analyze and optimize the P&L sheet specifically focusing on revenue and expenses related to affiliate marketing activities.
Implement strategies to improve financial performance.
Financial Flow Optimization:

Evaluate and optimize the overall financial flow within the organization considering affiliate marketing revenue streams.
Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency in payouts and financial transactions.
Cashflow Mapping:

Develop and shape up the cashflow map to provide a clear overview of incoming and outgoing funds particularly those related to affiliate marketing payouts.
Identify and address any challenges in cashflow management.
Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure that all financial transactions related to affiliate marketing are welldocumented and comply with internal policies and industry regulations.
Maintain organized and accurate financial records for audit purposes.
Template Development:

Develop and implement standardized templates for financial reporting specifically tailored to affiliate marketing activities.
Ensure reporting templates align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration with Affiliate Marketing Teams:

Collaborate with internal affiliate marketing teams to gather necessary financial information and address any concerns related to financial processes.
Preparation for External Audits:

Work closely with external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Professional certification in auditing or accounting (e.g. Certified Public Accountant CPA) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in financial auditing and optimization with a focus on affiliate marketing.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the affiliate marketing industry.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
