- Assist in developing and communicating the sales strategy in conjunction with the line manager
- Assist in the implementation of sales strategy and pricing to ensure proper preparation of units before launches
- Project Manage overall launch along with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitoring and review the implementing of Sales strategy
- monitoring of financials and budgets, raise concerns and red flags to line managers
- Ensure accurate and periodic reporting and stats of sales on monthly basis, analyze data to identify performance trends
- Ensure proper execution of sales approvals and memos
- Review and update the status of inventory to the sales teams
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, forecast financial returns
- Conduct preliminary benchmarking on competitors within the local market on products and pricing which can support extending a USP for the sales teams
- Extend overall tactical and operational support to all Sales arms to ensure smooth execution of sales.
