- Managing and leading a team of supervisors in the supervision of financial institutions identified as having an innovative, technology-enabled business model
- Maintain an understanding of all relevant business models and activities ensuring that the appropriate data is collected, organised and analysed to ensure a risk-based approach
- Leading the ongoing development and implementation of supervisory frameworks for innovative, technology-enabled business models
- Support the Director to enhance policies and procedures related to Supervision
- Ensure the team documents, in a timely and complete manner, risk assessments, important communications and other relevant items in management information systems, consistent with departmental requirements, policies and standard
