Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Laboratory Technologist
Job Summary
A leading fertility and reproductive medicine center in Dubai is seeking an experienced Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Technologist to support its IVF and reproductive laboratory services. The successful candidate will work within the assisted reproduction team and contribute to the safe and effective delivery of ART laboratory procedures.
- Support assisted reproductive technology laboratory procedures.
- Assist with preparation and processing of reproductive specimens.
- Support IVF and ICSI laboratory workflows.
- Assist with oocyte and embryo handling according to training and laboratory protocols.
- Support embryo culture and assessment.
- Assist with cryopreservation and thawing procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient and specimen identification.
- Follow laboratory SOPs and quality-control procedures.
- Monitor laboratory equipment and environmental conditions.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and traceability.
- Work closely with embryologists andrologists physicians and nursing staff.
- Participate in laboratory quality improvement and safety initiatives.
- Bachelors degree or relevant professional qualification in Biomedical Science Reproductive Biology Biotechnology Clinical Laboratory Science Embryology or a related discipline.
- Relevant training in assisted reproductive technology.
- Previous experience in an IVF/ART laboratory environment.
- Knowledge of assisted reproductive technology procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to laboratory protocols.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to patient safety confidentiality and laboratory quality.

Required Skills:
Requirements Bachelors degree or relevant professional qualification in Biomedical Science Reproductive Biology Biotechnology Clinical Laboratory Science Embryology or a related discipline. Relevant training in assisted reproductive technology. Previous experience in an IVF/ART laboratory environment. Knowledge of assisted reproductive technology procedures. Strong attention to detail and adherence to laboratory protocols. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to patient safety confidentiality and laboratory quality.
