Assistant Restaurant Manager -Italian Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of a high-end Italian restaurant located at a luxury hotel in Jumeirah Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all aspects of the restaurants daily operations
• Supervise service staff and ensure top-quality guest service at all times
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality presentation and cleanliness
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Train motivate and evaluate staff performance
• Assist in managing reservations seating flow and special events
• Monitor inventory costs and sales reports to support business goals
• Uphold health safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-end or Italian restaurant
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills
• Solid understanding of Italian cuisine and service culture
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Well-groomed professional appearance
• Able to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

Salary: AED3500-4000 plus service charge
