Assistant Operations Manager

The Assistant Operations Manager supports the daily operational activities of the organization by coordinating tasks ensuring compliance with policies and improving efficiency across departments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all business functions run smoothly and effectively.

• Assist in planning coordinating and overseeing operational activities

• Monitor day-to-day processes and workflows to ensure optimal productivity

• Support implementation of policies procedures and best practices

• Collaborate with department heads to align operations with company goals

• Analyze operational data to identify trends issues and improvement areas

• Supervise and support team leaders or supervisors as needed

• Ensure operational compliance with safety legal and quality standards

• Assist with budgeting inventory management and resource allocation

• Prepare reports and present insights to senior management

• Help resolve customer or client issues related to operations

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field

• Proven experience in operations logistics or team management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations software (e.g. ERP CRM)

• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
