Ontime Group is actively seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Nurse with DHA certification to join our Doctor Ontime Homecare team. This role is integral to our mission of providing topnotch healthcare services directly in patients homes. You will be responsible for delivering compassionate care while assisting the healthcare team in ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist registered nursing staff in providing handson patient care including personal hygiene and daily living assistance
- Perform routine health checks including monitoring vital signs and promptly report any changes to the medical team
- Help patients with mobility transfers and overall comfort throughout the care process
- Manage medication reminders and support patients in following their care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients family members and healthcare professionals to enhance patient understanding of their care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as required by healthcare regulations
- Follow all infection control practices to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for both patients and staff
Requirements
- DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification as an Assistant Nurse
- Prior experience in homecare or similar nursing settings is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for patient interaction
- Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care
- Ability to work independently while also being effective in a team
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently
- Basic understanding of nursing principles and healthcare practices
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as required by patient needs
