As an Assistant Manager, Reservations you will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Reservations in managing the daily operations. You should be a continuous source of information to help and assist all the guests & colleagues in their needs, as well as replying to all incoming correspondence promptly. You will train all technical skills and service delivery to an international 5-star standard, and oversee service providers, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints.
About You
Ideally, we would love you to have a Bachelors’ degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a call center or reservations environment within a similar capacity. You should be c omfortable talking and engaging with guests over the telephone and have a passion for customer service.
