This is a full-time on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Assistant Manager of Human Resources will assist in coordinating and managing HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and compensation and benefits. The Assistant Manager of Human Resources will also be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations and best practices.
