Ensures company implemented ISO 22000:2018 / FSSC Food defence/ HACCP Food safety management system and Hygiene, EHS standards, are adhered to and protect the profitability of ERTH.
Ensure Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed.
Conducts daily briefings and other meetings as needed to obtain optimal results, establishes and maintains effective employee and inter–departmental working relationships.
