ASSISTANCE MASTERPLAN MANAGER
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Masterplan Manager in the planning coordination and delivery of residential and mixed-use development masterplans.
- Assist in the preparation review and implementation of masterplans land use strategies development frameworks and urban design guidelines.
- Coordinate with architects urban planners landscape architects infrastructure transportation and engineering consultants to ensure integrated development solutions.
- Review masterplan submissions technical reports and consultant deliverables to ensure compliance with project objectives and quality standards.
- Support the management of the design process from concept planning through detailed planning and authority approvals.
- Coordinate with internal departments consultants and government authorities to facilitate project approvals and development progress.
- Assist in conducting site assessments feasibility studies due diligence and development analysis.
- Monitor project schedules milestones consultant performance and deliverables to ensure timely project execution.
- Identify planning and design risks and support the implementation of effective mitigation strategies.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout all project phases.
- Assist in preparing project reports presentations development updates and executive summaries for senior management.
- Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining the overall vision functionality and quality of the masterplan.
- Ensure compliance with local planning regulations zoning requirements sustainability standards and company development guidelines.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Urban Planning Architecture Urban Design Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in masterplanning with significant experience in residential and mixed-use real estate development projects.
- Proven experience supporting the delivery of large-scale masterplanned communities from concept development through authority approvals and project implementation.
- Strong knowledge of urban planning principles land use planning zoning regulations infrastructure coordination and development control requirements.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants design teams and project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of local authority approval processes and development regulations.
- Excellent project coordination planning analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication presentation negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office AutoCAD GIS Revit and project management software.
- Knowledge of sustainable urban development practices and smart city planning principles is an advantage.
- Professional membership in a recognized planning architecture or engineering organization is considered an advantage.
