Job Description
Educational qualification in business administration, engineering, or related field.
Deep understanding of asset and facilities management including preventive and corrective maintenance.
Knowledge of asset management systems such as CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) or EAM (Enterprise Asset Management System).
Planning and organization skills to ensure efficient and efficient operation of facilities.
The ability to manage the work team and direct them towards achieving the attached goals.
Ability to analyze data and provide accurate reports on the performance of assets and facilities.
Effective communication skills to interact with different teams and external parties.
Knowledge of relevant industrial and environmental regulations and standards.
